Schedule an Appointment

Please call or text my number at (248) 413-9922, email jennifer@metamorphosistherapyservices.com or fill out an appointment request form to schedule a virtual intake appointment. I’ll ask you a few simple questions and we will book an appointment at a time that works best for your schedule.

Before your First Appointment

After we schedule your first appointment, lookout for an e-mail to make an account on Headway.com. Through this account, you can input your insurance information or other form of payment, receive intake paperwork to review and sign online, appointment reminders, and secure HIPPA-compliant messaging platform to communicate with me.

During Therapy Treatment

Therapy is usually once a week but can be more depending on needs and clinical recommendations. Therapy sessions are about 53 minutes long, I suggest scheduling same day/time every week. After a few sessions, you and I will create treatment goals together to address what led you to therapy.

Fees

I accept BCBS Michigan, Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, and Oscar Healthcare Insurance. I do not take medicare or medicaid at this time. The private pay fee for each therapy session is $100. Payments are due at the end of service.
